We are so blessed to have such wonderful Dad's! This morning Fisher was hanging out around the computer, even pulling himself up on the chair so that he could see the monitor, looking for his Dad. It was too cute! He has gotten so used to seeing Dave just about everyday when we communicate using the webcam. We got to see him this morning and Fisher was very excited, as always! Actually, we wished him a Happy Father's Day yesterday (for us) but it was already Sunday in Iraq. Dave has the day off today and he was able to sleep in. I asked him if he was going to play golf on his day off and he just laughed. I guess they don't have golf courses in Iraq :)
Oh! I almost forgot! My favorite cupcake bakery, MagPies made mini cupcakes this week, especially for Dad's. If Dave was here, he definitely would have gotten a dozen....half maple bacon cupcakes and half Guinness Stout cupcakes! Beer and bacon cupcakes! Really? http://magpiescakes.com
