First Step!

Fisher had a big week that started off with a playdate with his buddy Parker. Aunt Britty and Uncle Barry arrived Tuesday night from Charlotte. They were going to go to the Phish show the next evening. My Mom, Emma and Ellie arrived next. They came to stay with Fisher all day Wednesday and Thursday while Rachel and I were at orientation. Wednesday was a long day for them (we left at 6:30 am and didn't make it back home until 6:30 that evening) but they survived, of course. Fisher loves playing with his cousins and Mimi. They went on 3 walks and Fisher went on a little walk himself....he took his first step! What?! The little stinker is trying to walk! He also stands on his own for a few seconds before sitting down. This 9th month has been full of milestones....first tooth, first step and now he is clapping and almost waving! His proud father has been able to see all of these firsts when we talk on the webcam.
