It was a little chilly and windy today, but that didn't stop Fisher and I from going to 84th Veteran's Day Parade in downtown Knoxville. The parade has been held annually since 1919, except during WWII. The marching bands, motorcycles, Army tanks, old cars honking their horns, and the firetrucks' loud siren kept Fisher's attention for the hour-long parade. After it was over, we came home and got to talk to Dave on Skype (webcam) and Fisher was so excited to see his hero.
Thank you to all of the men and women who are currently serving overseas, and those who already have.
